Situated at panoramic in the lap of the nature at Nagarkot in Bhaktapur district (26 km far from Kathmandu), one can experience serene embrace with NWSSTC, which is believed to rejuvenate the participants with enormous peace, joy and bliss. With the technical and financial support from ADB, NWSSTC is well equipped training facilities coupled with comfortable lodging and fooding. Utmost priority has been given to make the participants feel that they are living amid a homely environment with the great care and hospitality. NWSSTC continues to strive for the betterment of these facilities in the days ahead.

Facilities at Hand

• Main training center building with an auditorium (capacity 60 seats), 2nos. of classrooms, each with capacity to accommodate about 20 participants, 2 discussion rooms, computer room , staff and trainer rooms and store rooms and library.
• Modern audiovisual equipments.
• Workshop cum lab building with workshop, physical and chemical laboratory, and microbiological laboratory.
• Accommodation for 62 participants. The senior trainees’ dormitory includes 32 bedrooms with attached bath room in
• cluding facilities of hot and cold water and the junior trainees dormitory includes 30 bedrooms. Both dormitories have kitchen, dinning hall, common room and reading room.
• Senior trainers apartment block with 6 units of apartment for staff and trainers, each with a bedroom, living room kitchen, dinning room and bathroom/toilet.
• Guard house with bedroom, kitchen/dining and bathroom/toilet.
• Transformer, generate house for maintaining electrical distribution network.
• Two identical residential quarters for director and guests.
• One apartment building for Junior trainers.
